Captain Tommy Martin and his wife Brenda would like to welcome you to south Louisiana and Martin Pro-Guide Service. We are located in Leeville, La., a rustic fishing village which lies 19 miles north of Grande Isle, home of the “World Famous Grande Isle Tarpon Rodeo”, and just over an hour south of the bustling sights and sounds of the renowned “French Quarter” in downtown New Orleans.  Due to our proximity to the lush marshes and fertile bays of the Louisiana coast, as well as the deep waters of the Gulf of Mexico, there is no doubt in our mind why this area is so often referred to as the “Fishing Capital of the World”!
Tommy and his entire family, as well as his cadre of seasoned guides, have enjoyed fishing the Louisiana coast for many, many years. This vast experience has allowed Capt. Martin and his crew to develop an uncanny ability for locating and catching the many varieties of fish that inhabit our local waters. Not only is Tommy an accomplished fisherman, he is also a natural with people, as evidenced by the fact that everyone loves to spend a day on the water with him as he pursues his passion for locating, luring and catching the multitude of game fish that inhabit the areas from our magnificent marshes into the breathtaking cobalt blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
Our marsh/coastal trips target native game fish in and around the salt marshes and barrier islands of the Leeville/Fourchon area, while our offshore charters center around the near shore platforms that play host to a multitude of aquatic surprises! Our bow fishing trips will expose you to the abundance of nocturnal life that transforms the nighttime marsh into lasting memories, while a blue water adventure will offer you the opportunity to tangle with the deep-water inhabitants of the extraordinarily beautiful Gulf of Mexico.
From chasing schools of marauding redfish in the lonely isolation of a distant marsh to witnessing the “once in a lifetime” sight of tuna as they feed behind the deep water trawl boats, you can rest assured that Capt. Martin, and the guides who work with him, are among the best that south Louisiana has to offer.
